Don excels in setting the strategic direction and focus of organisations, balancing business objectives with technology resources. His career began in the telecoms industry, where he held several management roles, including leading the technology partner business across Asia Pacific. Don’s experience living and working in countries like China (Hong Kong), Japan, and Malaysia has given him a unique appreciation for the cultural nuances of doing business in Asia.
Since 2003, Don has been involved in delivering solutions using the Oracle NetSuite CloudERP product, with a deep understanding of business processes across various industries, including retail, wholesale & distribution, tech companies, and professional services.
